These technological improvements are transforming the way artists engage with video production, visual effects, rendering, and retouching by accelerating routine tasks and reducing the effort required for repetitive processes. The latest version, DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.6, has shown impressive improvements, with AI-based tools operating over four times faster when using the AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX GPU compared to previous software versions.
Additionally, the RDNA™ 3 GPU architecture found in AMD’s Radeon™ PRO W7000 Series and Radeon™ RX 7000 Series features dedicated AI accelerators for each compute unit, bolstering AI processing speeds.
