The deal, effective immediately, entails PanaAI providing ASPAC with a comprehensive suite of high-performance computing resources. In addition, services for the integration and optimisation of these state-of-the-art technologies are part of the agreement.
Valued at approximately US$100 million, this contract reflects a substantial investment in ASPAC’s growth and strategy. It follows a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) announced on 27th August 2024 between Junee Limited and PanaAI, envisioning a potential total investment of around US$200 million. This initiative aims to foster innovation and expand the market by developing AI products and constructing supercomputing centres for AI technology across Australia.
