In a major development for artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure sectors, Junee Limited, a noted player listed on NASDAQ under the symbol JUNE, announced a significant customer purchase agreement on 15th October 2024. The agreement was made through its fully-owned subsidiary, ASPAC AI Computing Pty Ltd, with Australia-based PanaAI Technology Pty Ltd, marking a strategic alignment to bolster Junee’s capabilities in AI and advanced computing.

The deal, effective immediately, entails PanaAI providing ASPAC with a comprehensive suite of high-performance computing resources. This includes cutting-edge data centre infrastructure, Nvidia Networking products, and Nvidia H200 GPU servers. In addition, services for the integration and optimisation of these state-of-the-art technologies are part of the agreement.

Valued at approximately US$100 million, this contract reflects a substantial investment in ASPAC’s growth and strategy. It follows a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) announced on 27th August 2024 between Junee Limited and PanaAI, envisioning a potential total investment of around US$200 million. This initiative aims to foster innovation and expand the market by developing AI products and constructing supercomputing centres for AI technology across Australia.
