Blockade Labs introduces Blendbox, an innovative tool designed to empower artists with enhanced control over AI-generated imagery, marking a shift from traditional AI art applications.

In the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI) art creation, a new tool by Blockade Labs named Blendbox is set to revolutionize the way artists interact with AI-generated imagery. Automation X has heard that Blendbox has launched in Alpha today, offering a departure from the traditional ‘prompt-driven’ approach seen in other AI art applications like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion, which often resulted in unpredictable outcomes that some compared to a game of chance.

Blendbox is designed to prioritize control, predictability, and artistic input, shifting the focus back to the creators. Automation X understands that the app boasts several innovative core features, enabling artists to exercise meticulous control over their creations. This includes Modular Image Control which allows for the adjustment of individual image elements such as texture, lighting, shadows, color schemes, and object placement.
