The relationship between Bain and OpenAI, which commenced collaboratively in 2022, was made public with the announcement of a global services alliance in early 2023. This alliance has been instrumental in bringing OpenAI’s advanced AI capabilities and platforms closer to Bain’s clientele worldwide. Bain has since integrated OpenAI platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise within its global operations, developing customised applications that enhance workforce efficiency and productivity.
In a recent announcement, Bain revealed plans to enhance and broaden its collaborative efforts with OpenAI. A key component of this expanded partnership is the establishment of an OpenAI Centre of Excellence (CoE) by Bain.
