Alianza, Inc., a cloud communications platform based in Pleasant Grove, Utah, has announced a significant acquisition that is poised to reshape the telecommunications landscape. On December 10, 2024, the company confirmed it has signed a definitive agreement with Microsoft to acquire Metaswitch, a provider renowned for its high-performance communications software.
