Carthage College to host panel discussion on cybersecurity and AI

Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, is set to host an insightful panel discussion featuring notable alumni in the fields of information technology and cybersecurity. The event is scheduled for Tuesday, 12th November, and will take place on the college campus located at 2001 Alford Park Drive. Organised by the Carthage Business and Professional Coalition, the discussion will focus on the critical aspects of cybersecurity as businesses increasingly harness AI-powered technology and systems.

Moderated by Professor Rick Bingen, the panel boasts an impressive lineup of professionals who are each distinguished alumni of Carthage College. The speakers include Victoria Nguyen, a 2005 alumna and co-founder of Servitium Cyber, a consultancy that aims to equip small businesses with the necessary knowledge and tools to protect against digital threats. Andrew Munson, a 1998 graduate and now serving as the senior manager of information risk management and governance at McDonald’s Corporation, will also share his expertise. Adding to the depth of the panel is Kristopher Keckler, chief information officer of the Kenosha Unified School District and a 1997 graduate.
